JP: Opanowanie wszystkich ogniw wymiaru sprawiedliwości, przystosowanie systemu prawnego, aby rządząca partia mogła robić, co chce: zmajoryzować TK, uchwalać niekonstytucyjne ustawy i skutecznie blokować opozycję… Tymczasem stosunek do prawa jest wyrazem stosunku do człowieka.
JS: Ma Pani rację, dlatego pogarda dla prawa jest pogardą wobec człowieka. Myślę jednak, że wszystkich ogniw wymiaru sprawiedliwości nie da się politykom opanować. Nie udało się to w latach 70-tych i 80-tych. Dlaczego miałoby się to udać teraz? Możliwe jest, oczywiście, podporzadkowanie sobie Krajowej Rady Sądownictwa, choć i tu mam wątpliwości. Sejm pewnie uchwali nowelizację ustawy o ustroju sadów powszechnych, wprowadzającą możliwość powoływania przez ministra sprawiedliwości prezesów sądów, co nas już ewidentnie cofa do czasów PRL. Wcześniej już podporządkowano ministerstwu dyrektorów sądów. Ale nawet Prokuratura okazuje się być nie do końca dyspozycyjna (np. odstąpienie od ścigania osób protestujących pod Wawelem w związku z wizytami Jarosława Kaczyńskiego). Sparaliżowanie Trybunału Konstytucyjnego, a właściwie jego zniszczenie, ma umożliwić bezkarne uchwalania niekonstytucyjnych ustaw, i to na pewno się rządzącym „udało”, choć dopiero przyszłość pokaże, czy skutecznie i czy na trwałe. Opozycję parlamentarną można całkowicie spacyfikować, mamy na to aż nadto liczne dowody, ale opozycji pozaparlamentarnej nie da się opanować nigdy, także w Polsce, a może przede wszystkim w Polsce.
